The Key That Cannot Act Alone

Underneath the governance engine, funds are held and moved through MPC-based threshold signing. Money moves only on a threshold of signatures and the operating enterprise always holds a share of control. No single party, including a valid key holder, can move funds alone.

Custody core

What makes this design different is the binding. The MPC custody core is bound to the on-chain Nomos verdict: a co-signature physically cannot be produced unless the enterprise's Nomos contract on BNB Chain has emitted an Approved event for that exact task. This binds "policy was satisfied" to "a payment exists" in code the enterprise can audit against the deployed contract bytecode.
