The Policy Engine

Every Nomos instance is a smart contract the enterprise owns and deploys on BNB Chain. Policy is composed once spend caps, allowlists, sanctions screening, liquidity floors, escalation thresholds — and inherited automatically by every agent the enterprise runs, today and tomorrow. The same contract governs the AP agent, the bookkeeping agent, the treasury agent, and any agent that exists six months from now.

Zero Knowledge

Every verdict is zero-knowledge proven. The outcome is publicly verifiable. The spending limits, vendor allowlists, and treasury buffers are not. Auditors get scoped disclosure. Competitors get nothing.

The decision is a pure function: same task × same agent × same state → same outcome. Always.
